I have been working as a System Administrator at OLSOM for 2.5 years. Coming at a time of rapid development of the company, it gave me the opportunity to take an active part in building internal processes. I consider this a rare opportunity and a very rewarding experience. In contrast to the usual routine administration, I have interesting tasks related to process automation and research, which is reflected in the improvement of my skills.
The OLSOM team is a real team of professionals who are always ready to support each other. The team has a great atmosphere, all corporate events and anniversaries are held at a high level and are very fun. Internal workshops and trainings are often held to help expand both professional and soft skills. There is health insurance, always on time salary.
