Key Responsibilities:
— Develop and execute comprehensive business processes in the areas of accounting, reporting, and financial operations to support the company’s performance and growth objectives.
— Lead the development and implementation of managerial reporting that aligns with the company’s strategic objectives. Organize and streamline reporting and analysis of company performance, providing actionable insights to drive optimization.
— Lead the preparation of accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and forecasts for executive management and potential investors.
— Oversee fiscal reporting and compliance in the countries of operations (currently UK).
— Manage relations with banks, financial and professional services providers, fintechs, and cloud services.
— Organise budgeting, financial planning, and controlling processes to align with organizational goals.
— Monitor and analyse financial performance, providing insights and recommendations to executive management.
— Manage financial risk, compliance, and internal controls.
— Direct reporting to CEO and opportunity for growth to CFO position.

Qualifications:
— Background in Big4 would be a plus.
— Proven experience in a financial role within an international IT company.
— In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and industry best practices.
— Exceptional analytical and strategic thinking skills.
— Strong interpersonal abilities.
— Excellent communication and presentation skills.
— Working proficiency in written and spoken English.
