Objective: Join our innovative team to create cutting-edge AI solutions that fully automate our ERM system, targeting procurement, logistics, HR, and supply chain operations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and deploy advanced AI-driven solutions to automate procurement, internal logistics, and HR functions.
• Implement intelligent web agents for automated order placement and supply chain management.
• Integrate AI algorithms to streamline tracking, payments, employee management, and task automation.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Engineering, HR, Finance) to understand specific organizational needs and challenges.
• Continually refine and optimize AI models for accuracy, efficiency, and robustness.
• Maintain detailed documentation of development processes, system architecture, and model performance metrics.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, or a related field.
• Proven experience developing and implementing AI-driven solutions.
• Solid experience with Python, TensorFlow/PyTorch, and other relevant AI/ML tools. Familiar with 2025 systems like Gemma 3 27b, Manus, Browser Use, Ollama.
• Experience with web scraping technologies, automation agents, and API integrations.
• Familiarity with HR automation systems, procurement, and supply chain logistics preferred.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and creative thinking skills.
