We’re actively looking for a proactive Product Analyst to join our team. Your main responsibility will be to improve our payment tracking and analytics system, as well as assist with various product-related tasks. Your expertise will be crucial in keeping our payment acceptance rate stable and minimizing any disruptions.

Your impact:

• Utilize Tableau to create impactful reports;
• Work with SQL databases and Python scripts for data analysis;
• Develop effective payment analysis approaches;
• Coordinate analytical events for assessing the performance of A/B tests, new product launches and payment processes;
• Generate hypotheses for product enhancements based on analytical insights;
• Identify and address payment infrastructure weaknesses;
• Regularly communicate analysis results to the team.

About you:

• 1+ years of experience in analytics;
• Strong knowledge of SQL;
• Proficient in Python (Pandas+) for data aggregation;
• Solid understanding of Statistics;
• Familiarity with Tableau for visualization;
• B1+ level of English proficiency;
• Effective communication skills with a proactive and open approach to new challenges;
• Autonomy in work approach.

Nice-to-have:

• Knowledge of Python in the context of API queries and building databases;
• Experience with financial and payment data;
• Understanding of web payments.
