Now we are seeking a User Acquisition Lead to join our mobile team and shape the growth of our core product Nebula. As our UA Lead, your primary responsibility will be to improve the efficiency of our UA marketing department and develop new directions for user acquisition and monetization. Your strategic insights and innovative product mindset could potentially play a crucial role in driving the success of our business.

Your impact:

  • Manage and lead a team of 4 Growth Marketing Specialists (junior-senior grades), including setting goals, conducting 1on1 meetings, and fostering the growth of team members;
  • Set up efficient processes for traffic acquisition on mobile applications across various sources;
  • Encourage innovation within the team by testing new ideas and hypotheses, actively seeking opportunities for growth in various areas such as traffic channels, automation, and approaches;
  • Create and implement an effective UA marketing strategy;
  • Drive the development of marketing direction overall, with a strong focus on user acquisition and goal attainment in such areas as creative and marketing analytics departments as well.

  • Solid background with 2-3 years of relevant experience;
  • Fluent or Upper Intermediate English proficiency is essential;
  • Proven track record in a product team with mobile apps expertise;
  • Previous experience with leading User Acquisition team is a must;
  • Strategic thinking to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and make informed decisions that align with the company’s objectives;
  • Risk-taking skills, which demonstrate proactive and innovative mindset;
  • Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration within cross-functional teams, as well as for building relationships with external partners.
