🧭 Who We’re Looking For

As we continue to scale, we’re on the lookout for responsible and emotionally intelligent Customer Guidance Specialists (English) to become part of our growing team.

You’ll be joining the online chat and audio consultation department, where you will engage with users from around the world, offering thoughtful, compassionate support through tools like astrology, tarot, coaching, mindfulness, and spiritual practices. Your conversations will help people find clarity, meaning, and emotional relief in life’s complex moments.

You will work on a shift schedule — morning shift 07.00-15.00 and night shift 00.00-08.00. You can choose the working pattern yourself (3 work shifts — 2 days off / 2 work shifts — 2 days off ; day shifts — 3 working shifts, 2 days off / 4 working shifts, 2 days off).

💼 Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide live chat and audio call consultations to users, using the tools of astrology, tarot, esotericism, coaching or spiritual practices;
  • Providing empathetic and responsive service to meet the needs of our customers;
  • Contribute to the team achievements and company goals.

Requirements

  • Conversational English is a must (ability to talk with clients via calls);
  • Interest in or knowledge of astrology, tarot, esotericism, coaching, or mindfulness. They are all used for quality communication with our users. If you feel that your knowledge is insufficient, we provide training, a knowledge base with described flows for different cases and guides on all tools, and our experts and mentors will consult and accompany you in the early stages.
  • Participation in audio calls — clear pronunciation, professional tone, quiet work environment;
  • Strong emotional intelligence and communication skills;
  • Fast typing in English (minimum 35 words per minute);
  • Confident PC and software user;
  • Responsible, focused, and detail-oriented.

💡 It will be great if you have:

  • Previous experience in customer support, helpline services, chat moderation, coaching, or social work, call centers;
  • Education or certification in psychology or life coaching;
  • Experience supporting emotionally vulnerable individuals;
  • Strong time management, self-motivation, and learning mindset.
