— Minimum 3 years of proven experience in business analyses, business process
optimization;
— Understand software development processes
— Utilizing Scrum methodologies to develop controlled project management processes;
— The experience of writing specifications and developing user interface sketches.
— Analysis and documentation of requirements.
— Ability to professionally transform unclear and unstructured information into clear
requirements
— Ability to clearly express thoughts and present ideas both in Russian and English.
— High proficiency, clear communication, change management
— Fluent English (speaking and writing)
— Good interpersonal and presentation skills
— Data analytical skills, Research skills
— Bachelor’s degree or higher

— Develop, document and prioritize business requirements
— Continuous review/improvement of business processes
— Support system integration processes, data analysis, cleaning and validation
— Participation in planning, resolving disputed issues, risk assessment
— Apply scrum processes enable new product development to adjust smoothly to rapidly-
changing requirements, and produce a product that meets business goals
— Conduct product requirements analysis to increase the quality of deliverables and
reduce time spend on estimates
— Monitor product backlog and the roadmap
— Training users to work with the product

A content-interaction management platform, which provides users with a trustworthy environment to communicate and access data. While providing privacy in a secure environment, we are planning to change the way communication in internet works today.
