— English level — Fluent — is a must!
— Good communication skills, open-minded, ability to clearly explain your thoughts and ideas in English
— Logical thinking, ability to understand the root of the issue / set task
— Experience in business analysis/relevant area from 0.5 years+ with software requirements / web tools / mobile apps. If you have no experience, but you have a strong desire and passion about IT industry, and all relevant theoretical knowledge — please apply also.
— Desirable: Experience in writing product, end-user, business documentation, and tech-wise stuff (user stories, use cases, flow descriptions, functionality descriptions, etc);

— Knowledge of requirements management tools (at least JIRA & Confluence);
— Knowledge of business analysis activities and techniques (UML, BPMN, etc);

— Design and suggestion of the new solutions, logic and flows based on the business needs and requirements, market trends;
— Drawing the wireframes and presentation to customer/team;
— Requirements organization, requirements tracing, impact analysis, gap analysis;
— Backlog management;
— Description of the “AS IS” logic and functionality;
— Conducting plannings, groomings, estimation sessions, demos;
— Support of UX, tech team, UAT, QAs;
