-4+ years of experience in the relevant field
-Strong upper-intermediate English level or higher
-Be able to establish all HR process according to the modern approach
-Great communication skills and ability to “feel” people
-Be able to handle different kind of people with different positions from assistances to C-level (majority — developers)
-Be proactive and creative
-Be able to set up company culture, define team/individual’s motivational factors
-Optional: Have your own database of developers: Back-end: .Net; Front-end: React; QA

— By default, the HR stream will have the ratio: 70% HR and 30% recruitment. If there is too much recruitment — a dedicated recruitment will be hired.
-Establish and maintain company culture, all HR process, and practices
-Tracking actual list of employees, their contacts, personal info.
-Current team members health check (evaluation, personality/psycho reports, motivational factors defining, etc)
-Selecting and looking for the appropriate and relevant education events and trainings
-Tracking vacations, sick leaves, overtimes
-Tracking salaries rises, needs, market salary levels
-Defining, initiation and implementing social package ingredients (gym certificates, English courses, health insurance, etc)
-Arrangements special events for the team e.g. New Year party, team buildings, etc. Defining the gifts, arrangements gifts purchasing
-Tracking the birthdays and special events of employees, organization budget gathering and gifts purchasing (Birthdays, marriage, birth of kids, etc)
-Define grades definitions, skills, and salary matrix
-New hiring, initial CV screening, initial interviews conducting
