Fluent English (Very good level! Both written and spoken is a mandatory requirement !);
Ability to work according to the flexible schedule;
Good communication skills;
Ability to handle different situations with the different kind of people;
Logical mind set, ability to set priorities and understand needed sequence of actions.

Обов’язки

You are expected to be the 2nd level of clients’ support with following key duties (but not limited with the list):

Contacting hotel suppliers in regards reservation/booking details;
Investigating booking reservation details;
Providing relevant parties with necessary information (suppliers, clients, management, 1st level of support, etc);
Making new booking reservations.
