Fluent English (Very good level! Both written and spoken is a mandatory requirement !);

You are expected to be the 2nd level of clients’ support with following key duties (but not limited with the list):
Contacting hotel suppliers in regards reservation/booking details;
Investigating booking reservation details;
Providing relevant parties with necessary information (suppliers, clients, management, 1st level of support, etc);
Making new booking reservations.
