UX Designer

Numerical Technologies LTD is a leading provider of custom software solutions and services specializing in risk, limits, and regulatory capital. Right now, we are looking for a UX Designer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

◼ Prepare simple and intuitive solutions for complex systems;

◼ Design wireframes and high-fidelity mockups;

◼ Propose and support documentation for components and design patterns;

◼ Document and present design solutions to team and international stakeholders;

◼ Analyze current product functionality, collect feedback and identify areas of improvement.

Requirements:

◼ 3+ years of relevant experience in UI/UX;

◼ Portfolio that represents your skills and experience;

◼ Strong software knowledge (Figma / Adobe XD);

◼Reliable knowledge about HCI and design thinking;

◼ Experience creating wireframes and demonstrating usage scenarios with stakeholders;

◼ Knowledge of information visualization principles and techniques, text formatting, data processing, tables, charts, diagrams etc.;

◼ Working with project management and business analysts to frame requirements, make precise estimations, define and provide design deliverable;

◼ Ability to think technically and collaborate seamlessly with the development team;

◼ Strongly organized and autonomous.

Would be a plus:

◼ Finance and banking domain experience would be an added advantage;

◼ Experience in Design System creation, maintenance and expansion would be an added advantage.
