Resource manager will be a member of the management team consisting of Project Managers and Scrum Masters of the Company. Resource manager will be responsible for managing lots of developers on the projects. He will Help PM and SM to allocate developers for the projects and tasks.
Main responsibilities:
• Monitoring and calculation on developers’ workload, distribution of developers` workload on projects
• Financial control of projects including financial workflow
Requirements:
• at least 1 year of experience working in the similar position
• technical background;
• ability to listen, hear and analyze the train of thought and the logic of the communication partner;
• ability to ask the right questions;
• risk management skills;
• understanding the basic principles of team building;
• ability to control (not to manage) several projects in different phases at the same time.
