Необходимые навыки

• 2+ years of HR experience in IT field;
• Ability to build and lead full cycle recruitment process using modern search technologies — own network, LinkedIn, Djinni, GitHub, HackerRank, Boolean Search, Internet, social networks and etc
• Understanding of IT domain specifics and job market;
• High degree of responsibility, strong sense of urgency and the ability to prioritize needs;
• Deep interest in HR activities and trends;
• Presentation skills, excellent communication and persuasion skills;
• Drive, flexibility and sense of humor;
• Help solve the organizational challenges of growth with creative solutions and strong execution.
• Experience operating in a matrix and constantly changing environment
• Upper-intermediate English is a must.

• Full life-cycle recruiting: from attracting a pipeline of quality candidates for technical and managerial positions till managing onboarding and offboarding processes;
• Collaborating with leadership and hiring managers to identify current and future employment needs;
• Create job descriptions, role profiles, and offer packages based on the position and company requirements;
• Researching and investigation new sourcing ideas and tools;
• Create and implement HR strategy and HR plan in the company;
• Coordinate team building sessions and company corporate events;
• Develop a corporate culture;
• Identify employees needs and issues, and help to solve them.
