-Proven experience as a commercial director or other relevant commercial roles;
-Proven track of record for managing relationships with key clients;
-Understanding and proven track of records of market research methods and analysis;
-Experience with foreign markets (Europe, USA, Asian countries);
-Solid knowledge of performance reporting and financial/budgeting processes;
-Commercial awareness partnered with a strategic mindset;
-Excellent organizational and leadership skills;
-Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities;
-Commercial awareness and strategic entrepreneurial mindset;
-English level, enough for the written and verbal communication with the international partners.

Account Management:
-Understand the requirements together with Project Managers/Product owners of existing customers to ensure their needs are being met;
-Managing financial, law and contracting relationships with current clients
Managing the products portfolio within current clients — upsales;
-Development together with project managers the services scope within the clients;
-Develop and implement commercial strategies according to company goals and objectives aiming to accelerate growth;
-Managing the relationship with the past customers in order to ensure the future works.

Обов’язки

New Business Development:
-Conduct market research and analysis to create detailed business plans for commercial opportunities (expansion, business development etc.);
-Lead generation and work-out;
-Active sales through cold and warm channels;
-Pre-sale activities management.

Marketing:
-Monitor performance of commercial activities using key metrics and prepare reports for Management Team;
-Generate leads, using the preliminarily agreed methods.

Other:
-Prospect: Collaborate with and coordinate diverse teams (marketing, sales, customer service etc.);
-Assist in setting financial targets and budget development and monitoring
Ensure the business growth according to set goals.

The abovementioned sсope of responsibilities implies collaborative effort of the candidate and the team of other Biz Dev specialists
