• 5+ years on B2B sales roles;
• 2+ years in the IT on sales roles for the US / European / Middle East markets;
• Strong communication, negotiation & presentation skills;
• Proven track record of closing sales deals;
• Able to work in a very fast-paced, dynamic environment;
• Ability to develop trusted relationships with potential clients and manage client expectations;    
• Self-starter able to quickly learn and practically apply new knowledge in a fast-paced environment;
• Ability to manage internal and external communication, team management;  
• Ability to manage engagement risks and achieve required level of billable utilization;
• English level Upper-Intermediate.

• Identify potential opportunities with companies through research, referrals, networking, and cold calling;
• Initiate relationships with prospective clients by researching jobs and organizations and connecting with key stakeholders;
• Close deals with partnership aim;
• Manage and document information about customers and requirements using the HubSpot CRM;
• Preparation of commercial offers;
• Collaboration with marketing, formation of ICP (ideal customer profile), setting goals for newsletters, etc;
• Willingness to manage the presale process: set tasks for the design team and involve experts from the project teams.
