About the Role
We are building a centralized Data Warehouse and developing in-house marketing automation capabilities to support scalable, data-driven growth.
We are looking for a Middle Business Analyst who will translate business needs into structured data requirements and automation logic. This role sits at the intersection of marketing, product, and the data team, ensuring that customer data models, lifecycle definitions, and automated workflows are aligned with measurable business outcomes.
You will collaborate closely with the data team and cross-functional stakeholders to design reliable data foundations that enable retention initiatives, lifecycle communication, and consistent performance measurement across the company.
What We’re Looking For
- 1+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, System Analyst, or in a data-focused analytical role
- Basic to intermediate SQL skills (ability to read queries and validate logic)
- Experience working cross-functionally (marketing, product, data, billing teams)
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure ambiguous business requests
- Clear documentation and communication skills
- Familiarity with core marketing and product performance metrics (retention, churn, LTV, conversion)
What You’ll Do
- Collect and structure business requirements related to customer data, marketing initiatives, and lifecycle communication
- Formalize and document agreed metric definitions and ensure their consistent implementation across data models and automation workflows
- Translate business and analytical requirements into clear data specifications for the data team
- Contribute to the design and validation of Data Warehouse models supporting marketing and lifecycle use cases
- Define and document segmentation rules and automation trigger logic based on agreed business definitions
- Identify data gaps, inconsistencies, and process inefficiencies, and initiate improvements
- Maintain clear documentation of data flows, business logic, and metric definitions
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and data stakeholders to align priorities and enable scalable automation

- Understanding of how data flows from source systems into reporting and automation• Experience working with marketing automation or CRM platforms
- Experience contributing to data model design or requirements for DWH initiatives
