About project
We are looking for a new team member in our product company. Our product is a service application with tens of thousands of users in Ukraine.

Your responsibilities:

• Manage QA Team (day-to-day activities, personal development, etc);
• Plan and coordinate QA resources among different projects;
• Monitor team productivity and effectiveness;
• Monitor adherence to process standards;
• Review and analyze documented requirements;
• Create comprehensive and well-structured test documentation;
• Create, execute and maintain test scenarios;
• Perform testing of Web / mobile applications;
• Participate in improving QA processes and implementing best practices.

About you:

• 5+ years of overall experience as QA Engineer;
• Experience in automation testing (php)
• 2+ years in a leading position such as Lead QA Engineer or similar;
• Strong knowledge of QA processes;
• Experience with Test Management tools;
• Experience in test design and execution on UI and API layers;
• Hands-on experience with tools like Postman, DevTools, DBMS;
• Good understanding of the Agile methodology (Scrum, Kanban);
• Good team player with a can-do attitude.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with test automation frameworks;
• Experience with large and complex enterprise software
