As we expand our team, we are currently looking for a Lead AQA Engineer

About project
We are looking for a new team member in our product company. Our product is a service application with tens of thousands of users in Ukraine.

Your responsibilities:

• Create and manage QA Team (day-to-day activities, personal development, performance review etc);
• Plan and coordinate QA resources among different projects;
• Monitor team productivity and effectiveness;
• Monitor adherence to process standards;
• Review and analyze documented requirements;
• Create comprehensive and well-structured test documentation;
• Create, execute and maintain test scenarios;
• Perform testing of Web / mobile applications, back-end, API;
• Participate in improving QA processes and implementing best practices;
• Design, develop, and document test automation frameworks;
• Write automated test cases to ensure that all aspects of the product are tested thoroughly;
• Continuously research new testing tools and methods to improve the quality assurance process;
• Experience with CI/CD and testing infrastructure.

About you:

• 5+ years of overall experience as QA Engineer/System Analyst; and at least 3 years in test automation;
• Experience in automation testing on PHP/Java/JS or other;
• Proven test automation skills along with test cases, creating reusable automated test scripts;
• 2+ years in a leading position such as Lead QA/AQA Engineer or similar;
• Strong knowledge of QA processes;
• Experience with Test Management tools;
• Experience in test design and execution on UI and API layers;
• Good team player with a can-do attitude.

Will be a plus:

• Experience with test automation frameworks;
• Experience with large and complex enterprise software
