1+ years of work experience as a Recruitment Specialist and/or HR Specialist;
Hands-on experience with sourcing techniques, interviewing process;
Upper-Intermediate+ level of English — both spoken and written;
Searching via different resources (working with social networks);
Solid verbal and written communication skills;
Ability to positively present the company and open roles to potential candidates;
Experience with managing HR processes: onboarding, adaptation, internal communication;
Strong self-organization and time-management skills
Experience with different candidate databases.

Candidate searching;
Maintaining candidate database;
Lead candidates through recruiting pipeline;
Conducting interviews
Delivering feedback after interviews;
On-boarding and adaptation of new hires;
Conduct adaptation talks, quarterly review meetings;
Develop HR policies throughout the company;
Track employees vacations, sick days etc;
Provide HR required reports, metrics, and information;
Close cooperation with management team.
