Required Skills:
• IT recruiting experience 2+ years;
• Knowledge of the full recruiting cycle;
• Knowledge of candidate search methods and tools;
• Languages: Polish, English (Upper Intermediate+);
• Great communication skills;
• Ready to work in an office;
Responsibilities:
• Adapting new employees, making welcome presentations, initial training, accompany offboarding;
• Supporting new employees during the onboarding period. Tracking the mood after a week / month of work, as well as in the future;
• Conducting an assessment of satisfaction, loyalty, teams atmosphere;
• Participate in the creation of non-material motivation of employees and develop the employee growth program;
• Organize online coffee point events, team building events;
• Search for a wide range of Gamedev professionals (Artists, Designers, Programmers, Testers, Leads);
• Planning/conducting сalls and interviews;
• Maintaining CV search database;
• Management of corporate culture and employee onboarding;
