We are looking for an experienced Head of Delivery to oversee the successful execution of client projects, ensuring quality, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction. You will lead and develop the Delivery team, optimize performance across multiple projects, foster a culture of continuous improvement, and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders to drive transparency, efficiency, and long-term success.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead delivery resource allocation to maximize utilization and timely staffing of billable and internal projects.
  • Provide real-time resource availability report to the sales team to support new opportunities and proposals.
  • Serve as the main contact point for the delivery department across internal teams including Marketing, HR, and Pre-Sales.
  • Oversee preparation of proposals and responses to RFPs, coordinating between delivery, business analysis, and sales teams to ensure timely, high-quality submissions.
  • Respond to partner and client requests for resources or proposals, managing all interactions to close upsell opportunities efficiently.
  • Supervise outstaff and outsource project delivery through PMs, ensuring adherence to SOWs, budgets, timelines, and client expectations.
  • Act as an escalation and negotiation point for project issues unresolved by PMs and delivery teams.
  • Ensure through PMs and delivery teams that all project payments and invoices are processed accurately and timely,
  • Track and manage delivery KPIs and financial metrics to meet target gross margin and operational performance goals.
  • Help delivery teams identify, promote, and close new business opportunities with existing clients through upselling and cross-selling of services.
  • Oversee timesheet compliance and monthly closing, ensuring all submissions are approved and aligned with financial reporting.
  • Plan and execute hiring strategies based on projected delivery needs
  • Participate in candidate interviews for key or senior delivery positions, ensuring alignment with departmental standards.
  • Drive professional growth within the delivery department through structured PDPs, regular reviews, and mentorship.
  • Oversee cooperation with subcontractors and partner companies, ensuring alignment and output quality.
  • Continuously improve delivery operational processes

Skills:

  • Leadership experience managing delivery teams in technology or professional services.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills; able to drive delivery against agreed timelines and budgets.
  • Great communicator and negotiator, comfortable managing client relationships and internal teams.
  • Proven ability to solve problems, manage risks, and resolve escalated issues.
  • Comfortable with making quick changes, experimenting, and embracing fail-fast, learn-fast approaches.
  • Data-driven and skilled in tracking KPIs and operational metrics.
  • Technical background with ability to guide strong stream leads.
  • Adaptable, positive, and able to thrive in fast-paced, changing environments.
  • Financial acumen for managing budgets, payments, and project finances.
  • Advanced English

Good to have:

  • Hands on Salesforce experience, understanding Salesforce eco-system
  • Professional certification (PMP, Agile, etc).
