What You’ll Do:
Own the Outreach Process:
- Design, execute, and optimize multi‑channel lead gen campaigns (LinkedIn, email, industry forums, events).
- Define target ICPs, build and refine lead lists, and segment audiences.
Drive Results & Metrics:
- Monitor key metrics — open/reply rates, acceptance rates, domain health, deliverability and iterate.
Team Leadership & Collaboration:
- Weekly brainstorms on new tactics.
- Partner closely with Sales, Marketing and Product to align messaging and feedback loops.
Data & Process Management:
- Manage and enrich CRM data (HubSpot/Salesforce) to ensure pipeline hygiene.
- Research and test emerging lead‑gen tools (e.g. Apollo, ZoomInfo, Lusha, Sales Navigator).
Maintain Deliverability:
- Warm up new domains/mailboxes; monitor sender reputation and deliverability health.
- Implement best practices for email authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC).
What We’re Looking For:
Experience:
- 3–5 years in B2B lead generation for software/services, with a proven track record of scaling outbound.
- Prior experience running or supervising outreach campaigns end‑to‑end.
Technical Skills:
- Hands‑on with LinkedIn Sales Navigator, LinkedIn, and email‑automation tools (Linked Helper 2, Lemlist, Reply.io, Outreach.io, Instantly.AI).
- Strong CRM proficiency (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive); comfortable building reports and dashboards.
Analytical Mindset:
- Data‑driven: A/B test subject lines, sequences, and messaging; analyze results to optimize.
Communication & Leadership:
- Fluent English (B2+); excellent copywriting skills for concise, persuasive outreach
- Collaborative attitude, able to give and receive constructive feedback.
Nice‑to‑Have:
- Experience managing a small team or mentoring peers.
- Background in SaaS sales or digital agencies.
