We are looking for a skilled and motivated Senior Business Development Representative to drive and expand sales of our products! In this role, you’ll manage inbound sales and execute targeted lead generation strategies to enhance our product reach and success.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the full cycle of lead generation, with a focus on inbound lead qualification and outbound prospecting.
- Engage directly with potential clients via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings to understand their needs and present solutions.
- Showcase expertise in product-based sales, developing a deep understanding of our offerings and positioning them effectively.
- Build and maintain a robust pipeline through continuous outreach and relationship-building activities.
- Collaborate with internal sales, marketing, and product teams to refine lead generation and conversion strategies.
- Provide accurate and timely reporting on sales activities, lead status, and results.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in product sales, ideally with a background in inbound and outbound lead generation.
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills to engage effectively with an international client base.
- Strong customer-facing skills with the ability to conduct product demos, handle objections, and navigate conversations to close.
- Strong interpersonal skills with an ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment and handle high-stakes client interactions.
- Comfort with CRM systems, and sales tools, and maintaining up-to-date records on lead interactions.
Will be plus:
- Previous experience in selling Salesforce products or working in a Salesforce ecosystem is a plus.
