Job Description
The marketing team plays a crucial role in the business’s success, working hand in hand with Noltic’s C-suite supporting all elements of the revenue generation engine. We seek a dedicated and highly motivated marketing leader to drive the direction. Someone with initiative and deep expertise, who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves and jump right in, taking responsibility for their activities’ success, communicating effectively across team and stakeholders, and meeting deadlines.
Key Responsibilities
- Define, execute, and analyze marketing strategy;
- Manage the marketing team, being responsible for defining and managing all marketing functions, handling one-on-one meetings with the team members, and tracking their performance;
- Own and coordinate marketing budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and driving quantifiable ROI;
- Initiate and run the campaigns to raise brand awareness within the target market and the Salesforce ecosystem;
- Drive the company’s AppExchange product launches and branding, including pricing model and product user engagement;
- Enhance sales and marketing materials such as one-pagers, sales presentations, proposals, rate cards, sales packages, and more;
- Prepare C-level management presentations and other speakers’ public speeches to represent the company at various events;
- Define and manage digital strategy (might include content creation/distribution, website, collaboration with SEO experts, social media and other сhannels);
- Run lead-generation activities such as email marketing, ads, and webinars;
- Be responsible for all inbound and outbound marketing channels including the Clutch profile, Salesforce Navigator and AppExchange listing;
- Lead market research on focus industries to identify pain points and define messaging;
- Handle Salesforce Partner Program.
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience in a Marketing role, preferably in a service/consulting company, B2B;
- Understanding how content, SEO, Analytics, brand awareness, PR, client success stories, and partnerships work together to grow business;
- Ability to map out a marketing strategy with metrics/measurable results;
- Great organizational skills;
- Experience collaborating with sales and dev teams;
- Experience working with content marketing, website development, link building, and SEO experts/agencies;
- Understanding of digital marketing tools and ability to drive LinkedIn or Google Ads campaigns;
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced, fast-growing, constantly evolving environment and to manage multiple projects effectively;
- Fluent in English — you must be ready to drive conversations with clients, partners, and other strategic contacts;
- Understanding of the Partnership process (ideally experience with one of the software partner programs: AWS, Salesforce, Microsoft, HubSpot, etc).
Optional
- Experience with the Salesforce Ecosystem would be a great plus;
- Experience with Click Up or other work management tools.
