What You Will Do
— Communication with the customer to gather and understand requirements and customer needs;
— Processing technical documents;
— Understand business problems, critically evaluating of business ideas from a customer and a commercial point of view;
— Facilitating requirement discussions with key stakeholders to ensure decisions are made and understood by all;
— Stay current with Salesforce releases, features, and best practices through continuous learning and certifications.

We Are Looking For
— 2+ years of relevant and progressive professional experience in the Salesforce platform; understanding what’s possible with the Salesforce platform;
— Ability to gather requirements from stakeholders;
— Experience in documenting requirements;
— Ability to represent a workflow or process with the diagram;
— Wireframing skills;
— Great analytics skills;
— Good communication and presentation skills, ability to work as a team player;
— Skilled in critical thinking and problem-solving;
— Understanding of SDLC and agile development processes;
— Contribute to change management efforts to facilitate a smooth transition to Salesforce solutions;
— English Upper Intermediate level or higher, both verbal and written.
