We invite a result-oriented, creative, and proactive Illustrator/Graphical Designer to join our team and implement fantastic ideas together.
In this role, you will help to execute creative productions and to support the entire design team with small as well as big content productions.

You are expected to:

• Working with brand identity, development, guidebooks (brand books)
• Create visual styles for internal social networks: images, banners, etc
• Develop designs for the company’s branded products — from flags to clothing items
• Create printed materials: stickers, document templates, notebooks, certificates, etc
• Provide strategic thinking and leadership
• Collaborate with the design team and HR department throughout the design process
• Effectively communicate concepts and design to the client during the live online sessions
• Break any design problem down into viable actionable chunks and solve them with clarity and precision
• Staying in the loop and on top of the latest standards, changes, trends in the graphic design field
• Conduct the Branding requirements gathering

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience working in design environments and/or has a Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design
• Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma
• Good knowledge of typography, excellent sense of color, understanding of composition
• Ability to meet deadlines
• Energetic and self-motivated personality
• Excellent communication skills
• Advanced level of English
