We are looking for a motivated and energetic person to join our team as Lead Generation Manager to provide sales and marketing support in building a pipeline of leads to meet business plans and company objectives.

You will be responsible for generating leads through specific platforms, social media, and emails.

NineTwoThree Venture Studio is a small, fast-growing firm based in Boston. We have built 14 startups of our own and specialize in custom software development (Mobile, Web, IoT, Machine Learning, AI) for clients in North America. We are curious, love to take challenges, and always passionate about our jobs and mission!


You need hands-on experience:

  • 1+ years of experience working as a lead generation manager, pre-sales manager, or a relevant role in an IT company
  • Advanced in English (verbal and written)
  • Experience with research and maintaining databases
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Experience using some CRM or sales tracking systems (e.g. Hubspot)
  • Time management and planning skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment

Good to have:

  • Successful case study of attracting strategic partners
  • Experience in the SaaS niche

You are expected to perform:

  • Active work with the existing client database
  • Messaging prospects through LinkedIn, email, and other social media
  • Schedule online meetings with prospective clients for the CEO
  • Following up with all prospects/leads
  • Running the CRM system and keeping it up-to-date
  • Perform new customer acquisition through research, referrals, communities, networking, email campaigns, blogs, data feeds, Google, Clutch, Apollo, etc.
  • Provide progress feedback to the management team
  • Stay current with marketing and industry trends, and identify new opportunities
  • Develop a strong knowledge of the company’s products and services to facilitate the sales process
