— 1+ years of talent acquisition and IT-recruiting experience.
— Experience in full cycle recruitment process starting from direct search, headhunting of candidates to job offer.
— Candidates searching experience (Linkedin, Djinni, GitHub, etc.)
— Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
— English — Upper-intermediate.
— An ability to learn on the go, adapt to dynamically changing environment.
— Excellent organization, follow-up, and time management skills.

— Schedule: Mon — Fri from 10:00 to 19:00.

— Creating job descriptions, post and promote vacancies.
— Active search for candidates by using different sourcing tools (LinkedIn, Djinni, Google X-ray, job portals, etc.) and building a funnel.
— Reviewing resumes for requirements and pre-screening of candidates.
— Organization of technical and conducting HR interviews.
— Preparing and negotiating offers with HRD and candidates.
— Recruitment database update.
— Participation in other HR activities.
