· Bachelor degree (students can be considered)

· 1+ year of experience in a customer service-related role (phone-support, telesales, etc.)
· Ability to walk customers through troubleshooting process
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Positive and service-oriented attitude
· Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them to others;
· Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
· Experience with VoIP
· Business phone experience
· Experience with CRM
· Understanding of TCP/IP

· Assist new customers with initial set up of their phone system accounts;
· Accurately answer a variety of technical questions about Nextiva’s services;
· Notate tickets thoroughly and properly in Nextiva’s CRM.
