— 1+ year of experience in a customer service-related role (phone-support, telesales, etc.)
— Ability to walk customers through the troubleshooting process
— Excellent verbal and written communication skills

— Ability to grasp technical concepts quickly and explain them to others;
— Strong work ethic and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
— Experience with VoIP
— Business phone experience
— Experience with CRM
— Understanding of TCP/IP

— Assisting new customers with initial set up of their phone system accounts;
— Accurately answer a variety of technical questions about Nextiva’s services;
— Provide each customer an Amazing Service through phone, email and online chat;
— Notate tickets thoroughly and properly in Nextiva’s CRM.
