— Setup and continuously improve testing process;
— Assist QA Leads in implementing automation testing best practices;
— Perform Manual and Automated Testing;;
— Report on results of test runs;
— Test planning and estimation;
— Reproduce and clearly document all issues found during verification and validation;
— Document and create software test cases;
— Automate API testing;
— Conduct root-cause analysis for critical defects released to customer or as needed to improve processes;
— Participate in the triage process, reproduce field issues and provide feedback to development engineers;
— Review product documentation for consistency with delivered application features;
— Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality;
— Analyze system errors and suggest corrective measures;
— Investigate and respond to customer complaints regarding quality;
— Conduct research and analysis tasks on procedures to evaluate quality standards;
— Propose enhancements to the software development lifecycle as appropriate;
— Identify risks and issues proactively and drive creative solutions;
