Обязанности

Setup and continuously improve testing process
Assist QA Leads in implementing automation testing best practices
Perform Manual and Automated Testing
Report on results of test runs Test planning and estimation
Reproduce and clearly document all issues found during verification and validation
Document and create software test cases Automate API testing
Conduct root-cause analysis for critical defects released to customer or as needed to improve processes
Participate in the triage process, reproduce field issues and provide feedback to development engineers
Work Closely With Development and Product Teams
Review product documentation for consistency with delivered application features
Review user interfaces for consistency and functionality
Analyze system errors and suggest corrective measures Investigate and respond to customer complaints regarding quality
Conduct research and analysis tasks on procedures to evaluate quality standards
Propose enhancements to the software development lifecycle as appropriate Identify risks and issues proactively and drive creative solutions
Advocate for software quality assurance best practices
