Currently, we are hiring Technical Support Representatives

Main Responsibilities:

  • Solve customers’ general problems, questions ;
  • Assist new customers with initial set up of their phone system accounts;
  • Accurately answer a variety of technical questions about Nextiva’s services;
  • Notate tickets thoroughly and properly in Nextiva’s CRM.

Position Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree (students are considered);
  • Advanced English (both written and oral);
  • Technical savvy
  • Ability to work night shifts Mon-Fri (the shift may start from 5 till 7 pm and end from 1 till 4 am, shift duration is c. 8 hours);
  • Ability to work remote if requested
  • Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills;

Will be a great plus:

  • Technical background
  • 1+ years of prior experience in Customer Support or related fields
  • Experience with CRM or business phone systems;
  • Understanding of VoIP technology, TCP/IP;
