Bachelor’s degree (students are considered);
Advanced English (both written and oral);
1+ years of prior experience in Customer Support or related fields
Excellent multi-tasking and communication skills;
Experience with CRM and other business phone systems;
Understanding of VoIP technology, TCP/IP
