DevOps Team Lead

About the Role:

We’re growing fast and are excited to expand our team! We’re looking for a passionate DevOps Team Lead to join our partner team and help us continue our journey of innovation and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• Over 5 years of experience in DevOps, with a strong background in team management
• Proven expertise in managing and scaling production environments using Kubernetes.
• Deep understanding of infrastructure design for high-load, distributed systems.
• Solid knowledge of CI/CD principles, with hands-on experience in pipeline optimization.
• Strong skills in monitoring and alerting using Grafana and VictoriaMetrics.
• Practical experience working with databases such as PostgreSQL, Redis, and DynamoDB.
• Strong background in distributed architectures, including hands-on work with message brokers like Kafka (MSK/Strimzi).
• Experienced in managing IT infrastructure, including routers, load balancers, etc.

Key responsibilities:

• Driving, mentoring of the DevOps team and training sessions DevOps best practices
• Managing AWS cloud infrastructure
• Supporting the full AWS technology stack: RDS PostgreSQL, Redis, Kafka (MSK/Strimzi), SQS, EKS, Grafana, VictoriaMetrics, OpenSearch, EC2, CloudFlare
• Preparing reports for C-Level and stakeholders
• Managing incident processes and on-call
• Standardizing and improving monitoring and alerting systems
• Managing cost optimization strategies
• Improving CI/CD processes
