About the Role:

We’re growing fast and are excited to expand our team! We’re looking for a passionate Middle React Developer to join our partner team and help us continue our journey of innovation and excellence.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2–4 years of experience in frontend development, with a focus on React.
• Proficiency in Redux for state management and basic understanding of Redux-Saga for asynchronous flows.
• Strong knowledge of JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
• Familiarity with integrating RESTful APIs and understanding of microservices architecture.
• Basic knowledge of performance optimization and testing frameworks.
• Experience in the fintech/banking domain.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

What You’ll Do:

• Develop and optimize React-based user interfaces.
• Contribute to frontend technical decisions and ensure code quality.
• Collaborate with designers, backend engineers, and other stakeholders to deliver user-friendly solutions.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices.
• Troubleshoot and debug issues to maintain a smooth user experience.
• Stay updated with frontend technologies and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.

Nice to have:

• Exposure to TypeScript for type-safe development.
• Familiarity with AWS CloudFront, CloudFlare, or other CDN and caching solutions.
• Basic knowledge of Node.js and related tooling.
• Awareness of Docker, Kubernetes, or CI/CD pipelines for frontend workflows.
• Understanding of design systems and accessibility best rapctices.
