Develop and manage HR programs and processes: on-boarding, assessment and development, adaption and career development, compensations and benefits, internal communications, employee relations, personnel records, safety and security, employer branding, talent management, succession planning, well-being, and team building, etc.;
Keeping a track of employees’ profiles: background, experience, promotions, etc.;
Basic support in employees’ compliance tracking and relevant documentation
Ensuring employees professional growth and supporting performance reviews;
Be responsible for the process of communications with employees, keeping everybody happy with their achievements and career;
Managing complains, requests, appreciations. Maintaining an atmosphere of a friendly and professional environment;
One of key performance indicator for the role would be retention rate of employees;
Support in employer’s branding: organizing the collaboration with local media/resources;
Participate in automation tools development.
