Senior Full-Stack Developer (NXJ-131)

We are looking for an exceptional and highly experienced Senior Full-Stack Developer to join the client’s core team. In this role, you will play a key technical part, taking ownership of developing the most mission-critical features from concept to production. You will combine hands-on coding expertise with strategic architectural insight to ensure the systems are robust, scalable, and performant.

Responsibilities

• Technical Leadership & Execution: Lead the full development lifecycle of core features, maintaining hands-on coding excellence while guiding the technical process
• System Architecture: Architect and implement complex, scalable, high-performance distributed systems
• Collaboration: Partner with Product Managers, Designers, and cross-functional teams to turn product visions into actionable technical requirements
• Continuous Improvement: Promote evolution of development processes, infrastructure, and overall code quality
• Mentorship: Provide guidance to team members, conduct code reviews, and establish engineering best practices

Requirements

• Experience: 7+ years of hands-on software development experience
• Backend Mastery: Minimum 5 years of backend development using Python or Node.js
• Frontend Expertise: 3+ years with React or similar frameworks (Angular/Vue.js)
• Architectural Depth: Proven skills in system architecture, design patterns, and distributed system design
• API Design: Strong expertise in RESTful or GraphQL API design and implementation
• Soft Skills: Highly independent, ownership-driven mindset, excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

Will be a plus

• Entrepreneurial Spirit: Experience as a founding team member or early startup employee is a strong plus
• Cloud Proficiency: Hands-on experience with AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Data Management: Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)
• DevOps & Infrastructure: Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD automation
• Education: B.Sc. in Computer Science or Software Engineering, or alumni of an elite military technological unit
