Responsibilities

Strategy and growth

• Develop and implement a global marketing strategy focused on company growth
• Align marketing efforts with overall company objectives and market expansion plans
• Conduct market research across EMEA, LATAM, the U.S., and Europe, adapting marketing approaches to cultural and regional specifics

Brand reputation

• Establish and reinforce Newxel’s position as a leading IT outstaffing provider
• Build the company’s reputation through PR, content strategy, and external communications
• Develop a brand image that actively drives sales and enhances market positioning

Lead generation and audience engagement

• Build digital marketing campaigns to ensure a steady flow of high-quality leads
• Leverage SEO, PPC, email marketing, and automation tools to maximize conversions
• Analyze and optimize marketing KPIs (CAC, ROI, CLV, CPL, MQL/SQL) with analytics tools

Team leadership and cross-department collaboration

• Build and lead a team of marketing specialists (Performance Marketer, Content Manager, PR, SMM)
• Work closely with sales, product management, and development teams for an integrated market approach
• Optimize budget allocation to maximize ROI.

Innovation and technology initiatives

• Implement AI-driven tools and technologies to automate marketing processes
• Leverage Big Data, CRM systems, and marketing analytics to enhance performance
• Stay ahead of digital B2B trends and integrate them into marketing strategies

Requirements

• 5+ years in marketing leadership roles (CMO, Head of Marketing, VP of Marketing)
• Experience in IT, SaaS, outstaffing, outsourcing, or related tech sectors
• Deep expertise in B2B marketing, ABM, demand generation, and digital strategies
• Proven track record of scaling brands across international markets (EMEA, LATAM, U.S., Europe)
• Strong proficiency in marketing analytics, automation, Big Data, and AI solutions
• Excellent strategic thinking, leadership, decision-making, and team management skills
• Fluent English (C1/C2) for effective global communication
• Experience working with multinational teams and managing cross-cultural projects
