Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an HR People Partner in a multicultural high-tech environment
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, experience in creating and setting up metrics
• Experience in developing and implementing HR policies, manuals, etc
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritise tasks effectively
• Emotional Intelligence: has a keen awareness of self and others and manages conflict and interpersonal issues effectively
• Good listener with great interpersonal skills, and the ability to consult managers and employees to get them through various situations
• Flexible, open-minded individual, feeling comfortable in a constantly changing environment
• Upper-intermediate level of English

Responsibilities

• Involvement in the whole employee lifecycle (onboarding, 1-2-1, performance evaluation processes, exit interviews, etc.)
• Focus on retention activities
• Working with teams
• Consulting management regarding people management issues, providing solutions
• Participation in HR policies & documentation development
• Taking part in survey development and analysis
• Performing actions aimed to improve corporate culture
• Communication across all levels of the company
