If so, we invite you to join our team as a Senior Java Developer, where you will play a pivotal role in the development of our Work Order Manager product.

Responsibilities

  • Taking ownership of designing, implementing, and deploying new features using Java and Kotlin as your main languages
  • Leveraging your experience with Java and Kotlin, along with a desirable understanding of Quarkus or similar frameworks, to enhance our product
  • Utilizing your knowledge of SQL (with a preference for PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (with a preference for MongoDB) databases to efficiently handle data
  • Collaborating on Kubernetes Environments in Cloud Providers, with a preference for Google Cloud Platform (GCP), to optimize our services
  • Demonstrating proficiency with IaC tools like Terraform to maintain and scale our cloud infrastructure
  • Experience with GitHub Actions to automate development and deployment processes
  • Applying Design Patterns, Clean Code, and Clean Architecture principles, and adhering to SOLID principles to ensure the highest quality standards
  • Contributing to the implementation of Event-Driven Architecture to enhance the efficiency of our services
  • Ensuring code quality through Test-Driven Development practices

Requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Java and Kotlin, with a proven track record of successful projects using these languages
  • Desirable experience with Quarkus or similar frameworks
  • Experience with SQL (PostgreSQL preferred) and NoSQL (MongoDB preferred) databases
  • Experience with Kubernetes Environments in Cloud Providers, with a preference for GCP
  • Knowledge of IaC tools like Terraform
  • Familiarity with GitHub Actions and other DevOps practices
  • A deep understanding of Design Patterns, Clean Code, Clean Architecture principles, and a commitment to adhering to SOLID principles
  • Previous exposure to Event-Driven Architectures is a plus
  • A commitment to TDD practices to ensure code quality
