We are seeking a skilled and self-motivated Full Stack Ruby on Rails Developer to join our customer’s team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the development of web applications and mobile applications, working on a variety of tasks and projects. This role requires a high level of autonomy.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain web applications using Ruby on Rails and Vue.js
• Build and enhance mobile applications using React Native
• Work independently on tasks and projects, ensuring timely and high-quality deliverables
• Troubleshoot, debug and optimize code to meet performance standards
• Stay updated on industry trends and incorporate best practices into development processes

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Full Stack Developer, with a focus on web and mobile application development
• Proficiency in Ruby on Rails, Vue.js, and React Native
• Solid knowledge of databases including MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and effectively manage time and tasks
• Excellent English language skills, both written and verbal
• Availability to work during Canadian hours with at least 3–4 hours overlapping per day
