Requirements

• Previous background in recruitment, HR, or basic knowledge in IT area
• Charismatic, energetic, and with a desire to develop as IT Recruiter
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment, flexible and adaptable to change
• Intermediate English
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines

Responsibilities

• Actively source candidates using different channels
• Review profiles and screen CVs according to vacancies requirements
• Initial contact and communication with candidates on a daily basis
• Generate active candidates pipelines
• Market research
