We are now looking for a talented, hard-working, and ambitious Business Development Manager who would join our Ops Team. The successful candidate will have exceptional opportunities for professional growth in supporting a large-scale international IT business.
Requirements
- 5+ of experience and proven track records in sales working
- Perfect Communication Skills (both verbal and written)
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and in the global team
- Must be organized with great time management to manage multiple customer relationships
- Business acumen, having knowledge of various areas of business
- Fluent English, German (plus)

- IT industry experience and connections across the DACH market
Responsibilities
- Interaction with customers to maintain business relationships + close deals
- Sales volume and revenue targets to meet objectives
- Cooperation with the sales team (leadgen, pre-sales, marketing)
- Effectively build a short/medium/long term sales pipeline and manage the necessary levels of sales leads, prospects and opportunities
Role information
- Fully-fledged enterprise level-sales role, growing out the key market territories
- Very autonomous position — home-based and responsible for running your own diary which represents an opportunity to make this role your own
- Targeting CTOs, CIOs, VPs of Development/Engineering
