— Experience with embedded hardware and software
— Compilation of LAN/WLAN drivers for different CPU platforms, integration capabilities
— Availability for remote training, troubleshooting sessions with customers
— Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, fluent in English: speaking, reading, and writing
— Experience in wireless products production procedures
— LAN/WLAN performance troubleshooting experience
— Knowledge in RF testing/standards
— Technical background — preferred experience with Wi-Fi / CPE related technology

— Provide first-level technical support for customer technical issues from the development stage to mass-production

— Support RF production procedures
