— 2+ years of relevant experience in People Partner role;
— Experience in outstaffing or product company is a must;
— Strong understanding of how to bring people management processes and best practices into life;
— Successful experience in working with multinational clients (direct communication with foreign clients is a must);
— Experience in cross-organizational and cross-functional teamwork;
— Practical experience in design of various HR processes, their development and implementation into the company life;
— Goal-oriented team player, which shows courage to speak up and challenge others;
— Good spoken and written English level.

— Create, maintain, support and implement HR processes into daily activities of our teams, managers and employees;
— Communicate with colleagues on the regular basis to assure that their life is super convenient;
— Act as an advisor on any HR-related issues for all Newxel family;
— Implement and support monitoring of employees’ satisfaction rate;
— Understand and coordinate HR strategies for particular project’s teams and in case of necessity act as a driver of changes that would bring us to a better result;
— Monitor critical issues in people management of client’s teams and come up with reasonable solutions and your ideas for changes.
