2+ years of relevant experience in People Partner role;
Experience in outstaffing company is a must
Strong understanding of how to bring people management processes and best practices into life;
Successful experience in working with multinational clients;
Experience in cross-organizational and cross-functional teamwork;
Practical experience in design of various HR processes, their development and implementation into the company life;
Goal-oriented team player, which shows courage to speak up and challenge others;
Good spoken and written English level.

Create, maintain, support and implement HR processes into daily activities of our team, managers and employees;
