The ideal candidate will be a true hunter, passionate about career in IT Sales.

— At least 2 years of lead generation, SDR, BDR or sales experience, preferably in an IT software company or equivalent technology industry, with a proven track record of success.
— Previous experience working with USA or/and EU markets
— Full proficiency in English — Mandatory (read/write/speak).
— Experience working with tools like CRM, MS Office, Google Drive, etc. — Mandatory
— Excellent email communication skills.
— Highly organized, self-discipline and able to work in a fast-paced environment under minimal supervision.
— Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

— Work independently, research and map potential accounts that fit targeted customer profile, identify key players and their contacts, generate interest and develop relationship.
— Connect and target prospects via email, LinkedIn, phone and convert leads into opportunities.
— Create and manage personalized emails and templates.
— Independently build and maintain a prospecting list and profitable pipeline and manage a high volume of daily outbound emails/LinkedIn in-mails.
— Meet or exceed monthly targets and directly report to Head of Sales.
