Middle/Middle Strong Flutter Developer [Healthcare project] (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a Middle Flutter Developer to join a UK-based healthcare project.
It’s a smart health companion that syncs with wearables and apps to monitor user wellbeing, provide personalized tips, and flag potential risks.
Not a medical device — but supports early detection and connects users with telehealth services when needed.
Focus on privacy, real-time insights, and voice interaction.

Requirements:

• 3+ years in development on the Flutter framework and development tools.
• Strong knowledge of the Dart language.
• Proven experience in launching projects from scratch.
• Solid understanding of mobile app development principles.
• Knowledge of SOLID, design patterns.
• Knowledge of Clean architecture principles.
• Have experienced the full app lifecycle, from initial implementation to maintenance.
• Experience with common development tools — Git, Fastlane, CI systems such as Jenkins, etc.
• Upper-intermediate or higher English proficiency, enabling effective communication within an international team.

Responsibilities:

• Development of project functionality from scratch.
• Onsite planning and estimation.
• Taking major architectural decisions, based on market best practices and PoCs.
• Keeping up to date with Flutter and mobile technology, contributing ideason technologies we should look at and how we can improve our projects.

Interview stages:
