We are looking for a passionate and creative Trainee/Junior UI/UX Designer to join our team. In addition to external projects, we are actively engaged in the development of our internal systems. We have created our own system that sets a new standard for interaction between employees and management, ensuring clarity and understanding of all company processes. This role encompasses designing innovative solutions, developing new features, and providing support for existing ones to enhance the system’s functionality and user experience.

Requirements:

• 6+ months of UI/UX design experience (commercial projects or personal projects).
• A portfolio showcasing your design skills and projects.
• Proficiency in Figma.
• Basic understanding of UX principles and user-centered design.
• Experience with design systems and component libraries is a plus.
• Strong communication skills.
• Attention to detail and a good sense of aesthetics.
• Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
• At least an upper-intermediate level of proficiency in English.

Responsibilities:

• Create high-quality designs for web and mobile applications.
• Participate in all stages of design projects from concept to implementation.
• Ensure timely delivery of projects and adherence to quality standards.
• Collaborate with other team members to define, develop, and implement new features.
• Conduct research and testing to improve design solutions.
• Develop layouts, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate ideas.
• Ensure an intuitive and visually appealing user experience.
